“If you are searching for someone with charisma, confidence and versatility, look no further.”
I bring four years of experience in television broadcasting to the table, working as a producer, reporter, anchor and co-host of “Bridge Street” during my time at Nexstar Broadcasting affiliate WSYR NewsChannel 9 in Syracuse, NY. After being a stay-at-home mom for eight years, I decided in 2015 that it was time to put my broadcast journalism degree to work.
I started as an intern at WSYR, soaking up the day’s chaos and deadlines by shadowing reporters and photographers in the field, before becoming a full-time producer, anchor and reporter. However, it’s been over the past three years that my passion has become my purpose. As co-host of Syracuse’s only locally produced daytime talk show, I deliver the day’s hot topics, showcase community events, and sit down with everyone from politicians to celebrities. I am a strong interviewer, who thrives on the adrenaline of live television, and I am quick on my feet, allowing me to easily adjust to time constraints and changes. My time as a reporter and producer has also strengthened my writing and research skills, and has given me the ability to set up stories and book interviews with ease. I work closely with our producers, production staff and sales team on a daily basis to generate content that ensures our community is laughing and learning. I am confident I will connect with your viewers in the same way I have connected to the Central New York community by bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to your station.
